Cla180 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Members in Malaysia

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register only one account on the cla180 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, a valid phone number, and an active email address. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party. cla180 shall not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the cla180 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or service operations. The following actions are specifically prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with cla180's systems, servers, or databases.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access rights to another party.
• Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law.
• Distributing harmful, threatening, or obscene content through the platform's communication channels.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and cla180 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the cla180 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other methods listed on the platform at the relevant time.

Cla180 uses SSL encryption technology to protect all your financial data during transmission. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your device is secure and free from malware.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may change from time to time. Any legitimate account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the user upon completion of an investigation, unless the funds are implicated in the activity in question.
